Handmade Product Notice
Each Beadie Buddy item is handmade. Small variations in bead placement, color tone, charm placement, pattern spacing, size, and overall appearance may occur. These differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece and help make every bracelet unique.
Product photos and live previews are shown as accurately as possible, but final handmade pieces may vary slightly from the image or preview shown.
Custom Orders
Custom bracelets are made based on the options selected by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review all selections before placing your order, including bracelet type, size, colors, bead style, charms, personalization, gift wrap, and special notes.
Beadie Buddy is not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect size choices, incorrect color selections, or incorrect charm selections submitted at checkout.
Live Preview Disclaimer
The custom bracelet live preview is provided as a helpful visual guide. The final handmade item may vary slightly due to bead availability, bead size, charm placement, spacing, lighting, screen display differences, and the handmade assembly process.
Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping Fees
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Final checkout totals may include applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, Buddy Points rewards, or promotional adjustments. Beadie Buddy reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or availability issues when necessary.
Shipping and Processing Times
Catalog items usually ship within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the design, order volume, and material availability.
Beadie Buddy currently ships using USPS. Transit times may vary and are controlled by the carrier once the package has been accepted by USPS. If there is an unexpected delay, Beadie Buddy will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer with an update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Beadie Buddy is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because Beadie Buddy items are handmade and many are custom-made, returns are limited.
Custom items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for customer preference, incorrect size selection, spelling mistakes entered by the customer, color preference changes, or change of mind.
Catalog items may be reviewed for return eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Please contact Beadie Buddy within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved refunds, repairs, replacements, or store credit may be offered for:
- Items damaged on arrival
- Incorrect item sent
- Incorrect charm, color, or personalization caused by Beadie Buddy error
- Defective craftsmanship that prevents normal wear
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Beadie Buddy error or an approved defective/damaged item issue. Do not send items back without contacting Beadie Buddy first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Orders may be cancelled only if work has not started and the order has not moved into processing. Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
Product Safety
Beadie Buddy bracelets may contain small beads, charms, and small parts. They are not intended for children under 3 years old and may present a choking hazard. Customers are responsible for using products safely and keeping small parts away from young children and pets.
Care Instructions
To help preserve your bracelet, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, bathing, or sleeping. Store in a dry place. Stretch bracelets should be rolled on and off gently instead of pulled hard. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts may be limited by date, order amount, item type, or availability. Promotions cannot always be combined and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Buddy Points Rewards
Beadie Buddy may offer a Buddy Points rewards program for registered customer accounts. Buddy Points are a promotional reward offered by Beadie Buddy and are not cash, gift cards, stored value, property, or a financial account. Buddy Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, combined between accounts, or exchanged outside eligible Beadie Buddy purchases.
Unless Beadie Buddy states otherwise, customers may earn 10 Buddy Points for each $1.00 spent on eligible product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, redeemed Buddy Points, refunded amounts, cancelled items, and other excluded charges. Earned points may first appear as pending and become active only after the order moves into processing or another qualifying status chosen by Beadie Buddy.
Buddy Points may be redeemed only when the customer has enough active points available. Unless Beadie Buddy states otherwise, 100 Buddy Points may be redeemed for $1.00 off eligible product subtotal. Buddy Points may not reduce shipping, taxes, or any amount below zero unless Beadie Buddy specifically allows it.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, changed, disputed, not completed, or appears fraudulent or abusive, Beadie Buddy may cancel pending points, restore reserved points, reverse redeemed points, remove awarded points, or adjust the rewards ledger as needed. Manual points adjustments may be made by Beadie Buddy for customer service, corrections, promotions, or launch credits.
Beadie Buddy may correct rewards errors, limit redemption, change earning or redemption rates, pause or end the rewards program, or remove points from inactive, duplicate, abusive, or mistaken accounts where allowed by law. Tax, shipping, and final checkout calculations are handled during checkout and may reflect any rewards discount applied to an order.
Marketing Emails and Cart Reminders
Beadie Buddy may offer optional marketing emails for updates such as new arrivals, events, discounts, promotions, and cart reminders. These emails are separate from transactional or relationship emails about orders, shipping, account security, password resets, support requests, legal notices, or other service-related messages.
Marketing emails are sent only when the customer has opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. Marketing opt-in boxes are optional and should not be pre-selected. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or email preferences tools provided by Beadie Buddy. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop necessary transactional or service-related messages.
Website Information
Beadie Buddy works to keep product information, pricing, photos, and availability accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Beadie Buddy may correct errors, update listings, or cancel/refund orders affected by listing mistakes or unavailable materials.
Limitation of Liability
Beadie Buddy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, shipping delays, carrier issues, customer address errors, or website interruptions.
